By downloading or using Lumo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding agreement. One account per person.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, emulators or click farms to generate activity.
- Create multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards.
- Reverse engineer, tamper with or bypass the app's technical protections.
- Use the service for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and may withhold rewards obtained through them.
4. Rewards
Rewards are funded by our content partners and are granted when you reach the milestones described in the app. Reward availability varies by region. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be substituted with a comparable item where required.
We do not guarantee any particular level of earnings, and nothing in the app or on this website constitutes a promise of income.
5. Content
Articles are provided by third-party publishers. We do not author them and are not responsible for their accuracy. The app, its design and its original text remain our property or that of our licensors.
6. Service availability
The service is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, rewards or profits arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
